Led by Elizabeth Harrison, Happiness and Wellbeing Project Coordinator from Livability
The Happiness Course was developed by Livability to help churches engage with their community, by exploring the meaning of happiness and wellbeing. Over four sessions, participants reflect on how success, relationships and a sense of purpose can contribute to their happiness.
This one day training event will equip leaders with the theological understanding, course knowledge and practical skills they will need to run the course. It’s suitable for clergy and lay leaders.
The training day is on Thursday 30 November from 9.30-4.30 at The Salvation Army - Millshaw Business Living, Global Avenue, LS11 8PR, and costs £100 for training, materials and a license to run the course.
Lunch is included. Subsequent leaders from the same church or benefice cost only £50.
